Shipping policy

Starshinedesignsart.com ships from different warehouses. For orders with more than 1 item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. For more information please check our terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We can not be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the order incorrectly.

If a delivery fails for any reason and the address sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer, starshinedesignsart.com cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us. PLEASE provide your phone number so the delivery company can reach you if there is a problem. 

Worldwide and National Shipping is a mess and we advise you to order as soon as possible for any occasion. Most items are made to order and must be printed, then sewn, then sent to you. We can ship most things Express, but are not responsible for the speed of the shipper once it leaves our hands. 

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have not received your package. With standard shipping, after 30 days from the date we ship your package, we will no longer be able to offer any compensation. All expedited delivery issues must also be reported within 30 days from the shipment date. Also please note that this does not apply to any packages sent via expedited shipping methods and shown as delivered on the shipping company's tracking site.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SPEED OF THE SHIPPER. WE WILL GIVE YOU A TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR ITEM/S. ONCE WE SHIP YOUR ITEM/S, WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR TRACKING UPDATES, JUST LIKE YOU. 
  • We are sorry but there is really not much we can do to help after this point.
  • PLEASE order early in case we do not have what you need currently in stock. We typically print or knit fabric to order, then sew, then ship.
